My Way of Refusing to Give Sources to Noobs

I've been getting source requests from people who made accounts with 0 posts to ask for sources so I have drafted the following and used it and figgure that it is a rather good way of brushing off these people

So I'm not the only one who gets these all the time? It actually kind of surprised me the first few times. I haven't been around that long.

Thanks =D. Yep, it has really been stepping up lately. I really get pissed when people suddenly make an account --- 0 POSTS --- and go "LOL IM STILL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL BUT I CAN LIEK TOTLY ANDLE IT NOW GIMME SOURCES FOR RCZ DAT COUL KIL MEE OR I DUN KNO HO TO YOSE PROPLY!!@213 ROFLROFL"

This should be stickied. I used to get about 5 PMs a week asking for sources, but none as of recent. Probably due to my hostility towards such request in the past haha

 

i just ignor them... ive been getting em for years. i used to mess with people, but its too much effort.

 

This isn't messing with them. It's a one shot reply and it teaches them a lesson.

 

i agree whole heartedly however i am saddened by the fact that b/c of all the idiocy which plagues the world we live in that measures like this have to be taken. what a world it would be if people were enlightened,intelligent, and respectful enough that such laws and regulations didnt need to exist. its just so sad that i cant experience any of these substances without going thru hoops or simply knowing the right ppl. much like many other scenarios its not wat u know its who u know. ah well i guess the experience will find me if i am patient and humble enough to recieve it

ya people have sent me sources a few times. I'd only follow that lead in times of EXTREME need.

 

When people PM me for sources it's always that they have like 5 or under posts. Like hell I'm going to give you sources for 2c-b ands DOC when I don't even know you. God knows what could happen. It doesn't take much for something to get banned/scheduled.

 

How hard can it be to find RC sources? I admit at first it seemed like an overwhelming task but it really isn't. You can find one on the first or second page of your rc search. And even if they don't have what you want or prices to high........they can still have others on the site for you to look in.

 

Agreed finding one isn't that hard if u search the full chemical name... and avoid sites using trip or legal or buzz in the description.... I agree that people that haven't been commtribting to the forum should don't get any sources.

 

yeah at first it seemed way to much to handle. but i have located a few sources on my own. still requires work, and i think people want shit handed to them
