My rat Layla is dieing :(:(

My rat is getting old and it's dieing... she was such a good friend I love her sooo much.. I took her everywhere I went.. I even brought her to school once... We walked around town togeather and stuff... I'm going to miss her

 

((hugs)) I know how bad it hurts to lose a pet. It will get better. Just cherish the time you have left. Give her lots of love so you don't have any regrets.

i spent a lot of time with that little fella





just remember that once he dies he'll be free of that body, be happy for him and thank him for all the memories and hapiness you guys shared

 

don't dread on its death, celebrate its life and the times you have had with your pet. its tough losing a pet, but you now can give all your love for pet to her now

I really hope you'll get over it's death when the time comes. Just don't see it as 'she's dead, I feel so guilty, I will never see her again!!'
More like: "she's in a better place now, I'm happy for her to be in a safe and happy place now.' eventhough her physical body's dead, her soul still lives and she's reincarnated into a new, living creature, and has a whole life infront of her".
Of coarse, she's not physicly dead yet, so cheer up!

i'm am really sorry, i have kept rats for many years and every single one i have lost has been terrible. they are the best pets in the world to have, they are so loving. my very first rat, poppy, used to go for walks with me. i would wear a huge roll neck jumper and she would sleep in the neck. just let her know you love her.
