fireplace is good, cause heating a large house like that is waste of income its its natural gas or electric..
I see a gas stove, so there must be a gas furnace.. :(

Yes it is gas, but luckily I am notorious when it comes to not turning the heat on so Im not too worried. Plus, the bedroom are on a seperate floor, the thrid floor, and heat rises, so we'll be goooodd :) BUT, the gas furnace is relatively new (2005) and they just put in new windows last summer, sooo yeah, heating won't be much of a problem

That's a good idea ;) There are 3 closets that size! It's ridiculous, the closet in the slanted room (which is the one I want :) ) Is literally big enough to fit a queen sized bed. Insanityyy
And it's for me and my friend from Vermont. The house isn't ours alone, there's 4 apartments seperated through out the house

1100, which includes water, trash removal, and off street parking, and parking is unheard of in the neighborhood the house is in, people will pay an extra 200 a month just to park!

Its outside of Boston, and price wise it's pretty good. Most people pay around 1000 to 1400 for a decent 2 bdrm, but comparitively, this one's HUGGGEE :)

That fireplace looks like it was designed for coal, though.

But maybe you could get a wood stove, and run the pipe up the chimney?
