GAHH!!!! So pumped, its in this old house from the 1800's, love love love love loveeeee it!!! It's pretty ugly from the outside, but the inside is FAAABBB!!! I'm signing the application forms Monday, I hope we get it!!! Keep your fingers crossed, kiddies! Living room!!! Bathroom
fireplace is good, cause heating a large house like that is waste of income its its natural gas or electric.. I see a gas stove, so there must be a gas furnace..
Yes it is gas, but luckily I am notorious when it comes to not turning the heat on so Im not too worried. Plus, the bedroom are on a seperate floor, the thrid floor, and heat rises, so we'll be goooodd BUT, the gas furnace is relatively new (2005) and they just put in new windows last summer, sooo yeah, heating won't be much of a problem
Is this your house alone or with family. Cause I know what Id use that closet for.. And then wouldnt give a shit about gas bills..
That's a good idea There are 3 closets that size! It's ridiculous, the closet in the slanted room (which is the one I want ) Is literally big enough to fit a queen sized bed. Insanityyy And it's for me and my friend from Vermont. The house isn't ours alone, there's 4 apartments seperated through out the house
since no one else is gonna be nosy an ask,,i will.. how much ya gonna be paying??? just curious is all..
1100, which includes water, trash removal, and off street parking, and parking is unheard of in the neighborhood the house is in, people will pay an extra 200 a month just to park!
Its outside of Boston, and price wise it's pretty good. Most people pay around 1000 to 1400 for a decent 2 bdrm, but comparitively, this one's HUGGGEE
thats almost double what a "luxury" two bedroom apartment goes for around here. amazing the price differences of areas.. good luck on gettin it.
the reason i didnt ask, not my area.. House like that could be as low as $400 a month in Allegheny and surrounding counties Pa.
That fireplace looks like it was designed for coal, though. But maybe you could get a wood stove, and run the pipe up the chimney?
