The calves, especially at night. Not a cramp, more like an irritating, deep in, dull burning ache..Kind of hard for me to describe actually.
But, sometimes it makes it difficult for me to sleep. Drives me to distraction. I need to stretch them out alot. Keeping them bent makes it hurt worse.

Is this familiar to anyone else? I have no clue what the problem is.

Maybe try more potassium in your diet? That always helps my aches and pains. Bananas and plums are good sources of potassium.

    Peace and love

    Thanks. I'll give that a shot.. :)

I'm not entirely sure what's causing it though. It doesn't seem to be muscle cramps.

A friend of mine had like restless leg syndrome or sumthing... can't remember exactly what it was called but that was the symptom. She smoked alot of pot and I think that helped.

Other than that I don't know that much about it... sorry

haha i might have something different, but i get a very similar pain in my calves when i've walked loads that day. i get it every monday in fact, because i'm lazy on weekends and all my muscles get a fright come the start of the week ;)

maybe try eat more/eat healthier stuff to nourish your muscles, drink more water to prevent cramps, and take up a new sport or something to build them up and improve your circulation...more oxygen means less tiredness and aching

you should also google your symptoms! google is wonderful :)

I get leg cramps at night sometimes, like massively painful charlie horses, so bad I can't even make a noise it hurts too much. I find it's -waaaay- less frequent when I keep up my water intake.
