My Glass Pendants

So yea i have been doing torchwork for a few months now, and loving every minute of it. i never really imagined working with glass, i have always focused all my artistic energy into drawing or music and that sorta stuff... im so glad my dad got me into it

 

Oh, those are soo cute! Are those little mushrooms? You going to be selling them?

I love glass.. I think my glass jewellery is turning into an obsession.

Those mushrooms are crazy. I don't know if they are difficult or not to do, but they are definitely impressive! Keep up the good work.

^^^ thanks! all of those are boro, but i have made quite a few little beads out of the soft glass as well


and IN THE SKY im located outside of Philadelphia, USA... hope thats not a problem... i think im shipping a few beads to a girl in Australia haha but i havent looked much into how it all works, but if i can ship it there i can make it anywhere haha

That's not a problem at all
I have the Aurora ones on that link, so whatever colours best match up with that, they are like a clear plug of glass with the mushroom in and the back of them black. Sort of like the first picture you posted, only different colours obviously.

Those are awesome

You heat up clear glass, and put a glass stringer [a stringer is a stick of glass that is about 1.5 mm in diameter] through the bottom. It's the same effect as when a bomb explodes
