My girlfriend is a Gothic...

And it sucks..

 

Any reasons?

EDIT: I think black is just as beautiful as any real colour. When done elegantly, a gothic appearance can look very sexy on both boys and girls. Goths are just as kind as anyone else.

I myself have one gothic shirt, it's really cool, I should post a picture of myself in it some time. But I'm not gothic, I listen to bands that part of the goths like too, but I think the similarity in the way of expressing ourselves is limited to that. I wear shirts of heavy metal bands but I like different colours too much to go all black all the time.

people tend to think im gothic because i tend to wear a lot of black.....but im not.

 

i think what sucks about gothic (if she truly is stereotypical) is the depression. if that's the case, i understand. otherwise... what's wrong with it? i'm not fond of death metal, but that's just my taste, as is that i wear a lot of colours as opposed to black

My best friend is sort of a goth, she is more punk-rock I guess. We are like sisters, we are amazingly close, I love her more than anyone else in the world. Our personalities and what we are steriotyped as (a dirty, drugged-up hippy and a suicidal, head banging goth/punk) hasn't gotten in the way of what we have.

What exactly sucks about her being a goth?

What is wrong with my girlfriend.. She thinks everything is her fault... She is depressed most of the time.. And I feel guilty about it..

It doesn'nt make any sence by saying that all goth's are depressed.. But most of them are.. They think that missoury belongs to Gothic lifestyle..

I'm going to brake up with her but I think that she will do something to herself..
