    the one sure way to get sand out of her **** is wait for her monthly cycle to run its course. all the sand would come out when she sheds her uterus linning, of course that is not pratical.

    skip suggested she douche. he is correct on this matter. use a douche of plain water that is lukewarm/body temp.
    she may need to douche more then once.
    be carfull not to douche too much, you don't want to disrupt the bacterial status of her **** too much and risk an infection.

    if she still feels like she has sand inside her or if she feels any abrasion inside herself during sex, she will need to contact her gynecologist.
