guys need some help. i injected my spores in the MYCO box jar on thursday and taped in a dark box and put on the floor in my room. 2 days later nothing, so i thought not warm enough, since saturday the box has been on my pc nice and warm, still not fungus. can this be expected, in guides it says white spots should appear within a few days. im doing amazonian psylocibin cubensis. dammit im getting irritated, everythign seems fine, jar is moist at bottom dry at top, just like sent to me(steralised), i injected 3mll of spores equally at 4 parts, then taped over. did everything by the book. is this normal or did they give me 3ml of whale sperm istead of spores?
There is a shroom forum ya know, and I know that you know. lol. It could be your spores, but it most likely is just the strain. Some strains colonize faster than others. You may just have a slow colonizing strain. Make sure your mycodome is around 30 degrees celcius.
yeah, its quite possible its just the strain. when i grew shrooms pf-tek, it took quite a fucking while for any mycelium to pop up at all. i too began to fear i fucked up, but it just took much longer than i had expected. you should be good, give it some time yet.
