no, he didn't say anything. i was afraid he'd start freaking out and barking uncontrollably but that didn't happen at all.

so you blow smoke in the dogs face? isn't that like cruelty to your pets or something? it's not like they can tell you not to do it they don't have choice

My friends used to try to do this to my dog and I'd never let them.
I don't think it's right to force an altered state of mind on someone, animal or human.

I knew this guy that would hold his dogs nose and mouth and blow a shotty directly into the dogs nostrils and he would blow out a fuckload of smoke. I couldn't tell if the dog liked it or not.

I only think its cruel if you are forcing the smoke down the dogs throat and the dog is fighting it.
Like, my dog, recie she loves it... i never forced it down her throat.
She would rest her head on the palm of my hand and i would just blow the smoke towards her and she would do that once or twice and then just go lay down or something... But if she didn't want to lay her head on my palm and didn't want any i just let her lay down while i smoked and i didnt bother her.

But if the dog doesn't fight you and likes it i don't see why not..
Like my dog, Recie, i would say she likes it and so it is not cruel.
She lays her head on the palm of my hand and then i just take a hit and then blow it in her direction but in her nose and then she would sniffle after and take it and do that like once or twice and she would get high and go play or lay down or something and she was just fine and if i went to smoke and she didn't want too then i would just leave her alone and i wouldn't make her smoke.

It's only cruelty if they don't like it. You can blow the smoke in their face, and if they try to run away, they don't like it and you shouldn't do it again. If the dog just lets it happen and seems to like it, then it's actually a good thing. So yes, they DO have a choice.

My cousin's dog loved it. She would come and sit in the middle of the circle everytime we lit a blunt and she would basically beg us to blow smoke in her face, so we did. haha Whenever she was properly stoned and didn't want any more, she would walk away.

My dog doesn't like it. I've blown smoke in his face once or twice, and he ran away, so I never did it again.

it's only cruel the first time, that's how they get introduced to it hahaha

I've seen a couple pets that come close during joints but ignore ciggys

Yeah I would be..very very angry if someone did that to my dog. Its not something I would ever do. Like someone said earlier...it is cruelty to force something upon a creature, when they cannot object.

They can let you know if they like it or not. If they didn't like it, but someone still blew smoke in their face, then it would be fukt up. If they like it, then there's nothing wrong with it:sifone:

no.. Anything the owner dont want the dog to have could be a poison ..

Butter isnt a poison, feed enough of it to a dog and the dog will get ill..

Give a child a melting stick of butter and send it to a dog, it will be cute til the dog runs out of butter then finds the childs hands cover in it..

your acting like the dog is able to talk to you, and say weather they want it or not. but they can't.
