My brother ran into a horse at 60 on the outside lane of a dual carriageway , dead car, dead horse. I've ran into a goat coming of a slip road into Southampton, damged car, dead goat.
theyre scary! having grown up as a country girl....my 4 year stint in the city and im now terrified!!
They love spinning people out, cows are so curious. I remember being out in a field smoking some Js with a mate, when we turned around and noticed that we were being watched by a herd of cows with horns! We span right out! We discovered that once you ran at them, they missioned off quite quickly though
see someone told me cows are stupid and if you make yourself BIG they think youre really that big and get scared....so i stood in a field of horned cows while walking the dog with my arms out wide being loud and they still stared menacingly at me, so i legged it and refused to go back! someone once called an ambulance for my dad which was a little embarassing as hes a very important doc in the hospital. he wanted to show us as kids how curious cows were so he lay down in the field and they surrounded him - people saw and thought he was injured - doh!
Cows crack me up. First time I saw some, which wasn't too long ago really, they were rather scary. But they seem so gentle, I guess they don't realise just how strong they are as whenever I approach them they scatter. Hope that everyone who's crashed into animals were left unharmed!
um ... i'm a bit confused by this. was it dark? was he drunk? how did this happen? i mean Beetles don't go THAT fast and well ... I'm just trying to figure out how one hits a cow.
dave's hit a couple deer. they also hit horse once, and a really big fucking dog that jumped out of the family vehicle. very very sad. i thankfully have never hit anything.
I have a friend who's scared of deer, even the baby ones without horns She says they look at her funny.
It's Devon..these things happen all the time! What with single-carriage roads in pitch darkness and cows not wearing their UV safety jackets, it's easily done He was literally driving down the road and spotted the cow a couple of seconds before hitting it...the cow had strayed.
Deer are bastards sometmies, we were growing some outdoor strains of bud a few years ago and the deer kept coming and munching on it, so we had to keep it high off the ground.
you had to keep the bud high off the ground? *giggles* bet the deer was feelin a bit high off the ground too.
