my first crochet :D:D:D

finaly learnt how!! i made this scarf on christ mas day. and did the second half on boxing day. im still going to do one more section. i made it from three different colourd threads at once.



and im making this circular crochet, my first circle. im going to make a tam

im addicted too...i just made a kiddo hat n now im makin an adult one...

 

hehe wikkid. i got to learn to make my stitches bigger as you can see on the hat my stitches are tiny so this will take FOREVER to do need to get a bigger hook. mines 4.00 mm

 

a 4, isnt that like a F, you should be using a H or I (6-7 maybe). looks good though, i want to see the finished tam.

Fleassy, I have a whole lot of old crochet hooks from a display case my grandparents had in their drug store. What sizes would you like to have? I'll send you some if you want.

 

wow really? i just bought a size 7 so i thinmk im ok... but if you arent going to use them then if you have a size 6 i would appreciate it i'll make you a little something in return

 

Come now, *pokes Fleassy* just a 6? I could give you a whole range - why don't I do that? Then you're set for whatever. And of course if you made me something, I would surely love it. But it's not necessary. It would be wonderful to put some of those hooks to good use! I'll put them in the mail tomorrow.


One of the things I love most about this site is the give and take between members. Yesterday I got some lovely incense in the mail and have a digeradoo coming. I think it's just wonderful to share. Good vibes, people!
