I actually don't like using all the hoses at the same time takes down the sucking power ill use 2 at the most i usually wont have but like 5 ppl smoking so they usually don't complain since one pack will last like 45 mins

 

why is there tinfoil in it

It's an essential part of the hookah. You pack the clay 'head' with tobacco (or herb of your choice) and then cover it with tinfoil. You place hot coals on the tin foil (which has holes poked in it) and the heat from the coals heats the herb or shisha and produces the smoke.

 

I shy away from the tinfoil these days sometimes it burns and gives the sesha a nasty taste so I use the metal cover that comes w/ it more these days

 

I like the hooka and impressive metals in the backround there .
