I don't know why I do this to myself. I'm a total space cadet now. I can barely type. And I know it's because of that noodle cup I ate an hour ago. And I have a whole box of that shit downstairs... Does this happen to anyone else?
MSG is poison to some. It causes exaggerated fluid retention in one good friend of mine and a reason to avoid among other things, Chinese restaurants. Lots of crap in presumably healthy foods can be revealed by reading the ingredients list. You'd be surprised at the amount of non-foods are being taken into your system.... I look at it all as merely priming the well for Pharmaceutical corporations down the road when all the low grade poisons precipitate chronic health problems that must be managed through costly drugs and therapies.
I don't think any of the Chinese places I've been to have MSG in their food. But I'm fairly certain the KFCs do. Haha.
I've had that trouble after I started eating those Ramen noodle packs regularly. My ankles and feet swelled up badly enough that I was having trouble walking. It went away after I stopped eating that stuff. I've never had that issue any other time in my life. .
I've never had a problem with MSG. I try to avoid it where possible because people say you should avoid it
Hello, once a colleague of mine had trouble after some chinese takeout. He was pale like a whitewashed wall, he sweated and was shaky, maybe because of low blood pressure. We presumed that symptoms were caused by the MSG joint, but we don't know for sure. Regards Gyro
You can straight up buy the stuff at the dollar store here. Daniel keeps wanting to buy it...I won't let him because what the hell are we going to use MSG for? The only recipes I've ever seen that called for it were fried chicken, and we have our fried chicken recipe just fine without any weird additives.
I just ate a peanut butter sammich and now my lip as swelled up because I have a wheat and peanut intolerance. Cheap chinese noodles have this effect on me too, maybe you have a wheat intolerance?
Noodle cup, cup of noodles id stay away from. It's nothing but nasty, unhealthy preservatives that only help you gain weight. At least in my experience.
