Most stoner children's cartoon?

What children's cartoon do you think has the biggest stoner influence? Let's exclude anime and shows like The simpsons, futurama, adult swim, south park , etc that are aimed more at an older crowd.

Seriously. Spongebob is always tweeked out on meth. Patrick is burnt out on DXM and of course is the heaviest pothead of them all... Mr Crabs sells cocaine and Squidward is a miserable drunk. Plankton does PCP

im gonna have to say Family Guy. some episodes suck but a lot are good. i like episode 420.

It's a fricken two headed two different species in one animal, tell me a stoner didn't make that shit

 

Ren and Stimpy and Spongebob are contenders, but Scooby Doo is the clear winner.

 

Many things by Hanna-Barbera... Scooby - obviously.. Huckleberry, Droopy dog, Yogi bear (picnic baskets??), Hair Bears... not to mention, Wacky Races and Jabberjaw and the like are just fun to watch while blazin :sifone:
