Most fucked up metal band...

...has to be Cannibal Corpse. What the fuck is wrong with them?

I'm not really into them, but I guess you just don't get their stuff. There's nothing wrong with them. Check out other bands from their genre, it's just a part of it.
What bothers you most about them, by the way? Music or lyrics?

 

Lyrics and cover art. It's tongue in cheek, but it's beyond me how anyone can enjoy it.

 

Yes, I see what you mean. There are quite a lot of those bands though, don't know which is 'fucked up' more.
In general terms of most fucked up metal band I'd say Marilyn Manson or Slipknot. Rammstein too. But I'm also talking musicwise for those.

 

Yeah most fucked up I'd say are Slipknot and GWAR. Anyone who ejaculates blood on the crowd during a performance or has lyrics such as, "I wanna slit your throat, and fuck the wound," is pretty fucked up, but good nonetheless.

 

Slipknot isn't fucked up at all. They're made for angsty little kiddies, and angsty little kiddies' mummies wouldn't appreciate anything that's actually obscene beyong lyrics like "Fuck all this shit that you stand for".

GWAR and Cannibal Corpse are obscene for hilarity's sake. And boy, the hilarity flows like bloody semen from Oderus' snail dong... thing. Love those guys.

A truly, truly disturbing band is Mayhem, along with pretty much every grim and necro Scandinavian band out there... because they aren't kidding, doing sick stuff because it's morbidly funny. Them Norwegians don't fuck around. They actually think wearing Dead's skull fragments is cool. Granted, it might well be, but the grotesque fascination is real.

Well, I get a smile on my face of nonsense and unappetizing bandnames like Cannible Corpse or Prostitute disfigurement as well, and also when I listen their music, especially live. But I don't put it on when I want to listen music. The music just doesn't really appeals to me.

A lot of death metal and grind bands are fucked up, if taken seriously. If all black metal bands were seriously no christian could sleep save neither.

i just to be honest dont really enjoy anyhting but heavier metal, gwar cannibal corpse ill listen to them as if it were muzak in an elevator. doesnt bother me in the least. the lyrics are fun lettin those fantasies go is apart of the proffession. and as for those necro mayhem esque bands meh. they can do what they want id still rather listen to a good fucking metal band then one who shows off. gwar can show off but shit they have fun and so did i as for all three times ive seen them live

 

SILENCER (disturbing Swedish suicidal black metal by an institutionalised psychopath), ESOTERIC (British psychedelic extreme funeral doom influenced by heavy drug usage during the writing and recording processes) and the porn- and cybergrind bands my little brother listens to, like Libido Airbag, S.M.E.S., Gut etc.

Musically, your regular death and black metal bands like Cannibal Corpse or Mayhem are extremely tame in comparison.

Lyrically, you've got to love some good ol' NSBM.

 

Anton Maiden is pretty fucked up too. But I don't know if it counts since it's a one-man coverband.

 

yo didnt gorgoroth fucking sacrifice animals on stage one time and were banned from ever going to back to...poland? I think its poland at least. They're a great band though. And as far as gwar and slipknot go...they both suck.
