oh man! I lOVE monty python... and as far as british humour, I suggest Monkey Dust (an adult cartoon show that airs on BBC3) or standup comedy: Bill Bailey, Eddie Izzard, Jimmy Carr (his shows on BBC and here in the states suck, but his stand up is hilarious), and Dylan Moran
i LOVE monty python! if your into that, check out the Black Adder Series, its not Monty P but its halarious!
The Black Adder, that's with Rowan Atkinson, right. British comedy is good stuff, watch it on PBS all the time.
Why is 25% of the threads on the movie forum about Monty Python? I love them, but this is way too much!
eddie izzard is honestly the most funny man alive. His two best are glorious and dressed to kill, they simply have to be seen by all
"I'm a Lumberjack and I'm OK. I sleep all night and I work all day!" Oh yes, I love Monty Python to bits! Mmm, I'd suggest Red Dwarf, that's a great British series.
and i'll......erm....Onethousedith...it...i think.....or something along those lines......anyway....Monty Python rocks my world....and if you havent seen many of the Tv series i advise you do...some of there sketches in The Flying Circus are beter then the Movies... Ohh yeah and red dwarf...kicks ass.......its no monty python but its still good...
Python is the best...I love British comedy. I suggest a couple of older ones..."Are You Being Served?", "Are You Being Served Again?" (is funnier than the first series) and "Keeping up Appearances".
British comedy is so great...but sometimes it's jsut retarded....that stupid shoe My Hero is about the dumbest thing I have ever watched but i still watch it on PBS on Saturday nights...we used to get BBC America i sure do miss that channel... oh well
I am a big fan of british comedy but, I do not like Monty Python. I have seen the show several times and I did not laugh once. What is odd is that I have laughed at John Cleese, Michael Palin and Eric Idle in other shows but never at Monty Python.
