No, If your talking about a press it's probably not psilocybin but some sort of research chemical mixed with an MDxx or maybe it's just a RC only. I am not sure if the combo your talking about is possible and if it is I would doubt it to be that common.
One could potentially make a MDMA/ 4-ho dmt (psilocin) pill but highly unlikely, it would probably more likely be 4-aco dmt or miprocin, I doubt they'd make pills like that though seems like It would be an unwelcomed surprise to most ecstasy users. Possibly a small circuit of them are going around tho.
I've never heard of anyone making pills with psylocybin in them. Hmm I honestly didnt know that was even possible but i guess anything is possible this day in time. Have fun!! Gonna be crazy if you do in fact have what you say. Although as someone else said, molly is not a pill.
