Geeez I perform a ritual to the Babylonian Goddess Ishtar on the 2nd full moon of the year. And then it ends up raining wild wheat in my bedroom for 2 weeks.

Perhaps you can try clicking your heels together and saying "there's no place like the public library... There's no place like the public library." Who knows?? You might just get lucky and Glinda the good librarian might help you find the ruby book that will show what to look for in your local community.

Right, he didn't say he actually located sources of wild wheat, he just said he learned how to find sources...:coffee:

Wild wheat can still be found growing in Palestine.

Don't be silly. Librarians are never that helpful. Not even the magical ones.

Doesn't matter if it's gmo or not, grain turns to sugar in your body. Very unhealthy, even whole grain is bad. Sugar feeds the fungus (cancer) "know the cause" (google it)

So basically, if I have read everything correctly, we need to cut out all grains completely, and eat just berries and vegetables that haven't been modified.

However, some sugar must be needed, sugar is present in every plant/animal product on the planet (natural or not) that we consume on a day to day basis.

Yes all grains completely, dairy, sugars, processed junk, fructose. Natural meats are good. Peanuts are bad, fungus ridden. All other nuts are good though

So basically any kind of meat, (Jerky? Please tell me I can still eat Jerky...) and cashews?

I gotta have something that isn't forbidden...

And man... Just got me thinking of the McDonalds' Rib Sandwhich.. I know it's all processed pink slime and nasty, but it's TASTY pink slime!

Like free raised chicken, I wouldn't eat any beef. Certainly no beef jerky, unless you make your own. Deer jerky is bomb. They inject cows with so much shit, there's even this new chem. they're injecting beef cattle with to keep the flies off them.

So, it seems that if the food that is easily available to average people (without having deep pockets and the ability to travel FAR and WIDE to search for "appropriately grown food" OR the exact right kinds of seeds and land to grow it on) will eventually kill you. OR you can just die from starvation.
It is just beyond wonder that my mother is 92 yrs old, takes NO medication (but many vitamins) and is somehow able to maintain her health by buying food from the local Bi-Lo...and this includes whole wheat bread. lol

(Note: We only eat beef (hamburgers) on Friday night and occasionally some type of beef on Sunday. Man do I look forward to those days! :2thumbsup:)

It's all about moderation, I'm not say cut these things. I mean if your healthy your healthy, if your not, get cancer or get I'll then yeah look at your diet. Let food be your medicine.
