So, I wasn't sure whether or not to use MG or go nutrientless. All I had was MG blue granules meant to refill a water hose sprayer. But the bag said it would work for "Trees, shrubs, small plants, house plants." So basically anything. I posted (on other forums) asking if I should use it and got a lot of negative feedback about MG in general being almost purely a plant murdering agent. But I got a couple replies from people saying that "If it was all I had, it was fine to use." So I did. When I did, I got worried and thought I had for sure murdered my girls. But a couple days later they were FINE. I continued to use the MG (One pinch mixed into a pint), and 3 nutrient waterings later there is a VERY noticeable difference in the darkness of the leaves, and no damage. It worked out great. Now I've been using it for about 2 weeks, and my girls are doin good. This is for anyone worried about using Miracle Grow because of everyone hating on it on other forums, and maybe here sometimes. In the next 2-2.5 weeks I will have pictures all the way to finish on a grow thread. Here's one of recently.
Oh, well it's the only thing I had. And on Roll It Up, they just hate on it for nute burns. And MG has an organic line of products, so that's kinda strange.
yeah i used the Organic MG on my garden this year.. seemed to work mighty fine.. its just a personal choice.. its like one person who feeds their dog Purina Dog Chow while the other buys their dog some 10# $60 bag of holistic dog food.. i've heard as long as you flush your plants just before harvest you wont be able to taste any possible signs of fertilizer anyways
i use mg.among many other..and any other nutrients i can find...feed grade molasses and seaweed etc...but i used 202020MG for much of the summer.....i have killer hard assed bud and dont give a shit about organics...its MOSTLY organic anyways...the compounds used are mainly organic based...... guess what i say if some dickwad actually asks if its organic...i would say..no not this stuff..lemme go in the back and get some of the organic..but i gotta warn you...its 20 dollars more per quarter...you dont mind right?on account of it being organic and all? sucker tree huggers will pay more if you lie and say its organic
Yeah, this is my first time to ever use nutes and I heard flushing works out. Yeah, everyone is dicks at Roll it up. It's the first MJ forum I ever found, so I'm still there.
in ontario you should not be watering outdoors in october at all...its not warm enough to dry the ground after each rain so there is abundant water and since you arent watering you arent hitting with nutes at this late stage since flowers should be 90% done at the least.....they will flush naturally
well i gotta be that guy, yes MG products work, but there are many more choices out there that work far better......and i don't care how much you flush it you still get a chemical type taste in your bud imho.
I had no money or options. It works fine, and many people have said no taste w/ or w/o flush (on Roll it up, sorry for referring to there, it's the first place I found). I'll let ya'll know what happens with mine. I just made this thread to help anyone out that may have no money, but Miracle Grow in the garage.
