I'm going to the middle fair this weekend in hasboro texas and was wondering what people thought of it or if it's worth going to.
here's what I know about the "small shows" (I worked Scarborough and Texas for several years) they have great attendence by SCAdians, trekkies, queens who like looking like Marie Antoinette and people in the fetish community (because of specialized vendors. You haven't lived until you have fitted a 400+ pound man for a chainmaile thong. I sold pweter the next year.) great fun, can be cheaper (should be cheaper because the entertainers will be B or C level, like Tortuga Twins, Singing Executioners, new acts builing their base, etc.)
