i agree shelly. i feel sorry for him. i don't think he did it...apparently the kid's family had done stuff like that before to get money, or sumpin. it's hard to keep track of this shite without TV.

 

but that same smoke could just as easily point to a guilty fire as an innocent one.......


and why did he pay off people years ago if he wasn't guilty? what did he have to hide?

 

I think he was innocent anyways...I'm glad he got not guilty. I feel bad for the kids who have to live with parents like that.

if the exact same evidence, witnesses, conditions had existed and it had been someone not rich or famous with a public defender, that s.o.b would have been shived in folsom state 100 days ago........


even if jackson had been convicted he wouldn't have gone to real prison....... justice isn't equitible

equal protection under the law is a joke.....

 

well, if you have a better lawyer, yer chances of winning are much greater. duh.
