Melvins

I'm pretty sure this thread belongs here.

Anyone else into the Melvins? I've had Houdini for awhile and seeings I'm not really one for metal/grunge this album is all I've really needed. The album is amazing, I've never heard anything like it before.

 

Yeah, they rock! Do you know the band Boris as well? They're heavily influenced by the Melvins.
Bullhead is a very nice album

 

I haven't heard of them, but I'll look em up.

 

I ment Bullhead of the Melvins by the way. The first song on that album is called Boris, and the band Boris named themselves after that song. Of Boris I recommend the album Heavy rocks.

 

Melvins are great. i like the heaviest period the best, but Hudini is good too, Hag Me rules!

 

The Melvins are a prime example of what grunge is all about- they are no doubt unique sounding...I really like them a whole lot.

 

And they're still delivering the goods. This time joining forces with former Dead Kennedys frontman Jello Biafra.
