I was wondering, what meds is everyone on and how they seem to be working for them. I've been on risperdal but have recently asked my psychiatrist to also put me on Abilify. I don't know how well they work. I don't have any more delusions, and only hear voices every now and then and they're mild, but I worry about talking out loud to myself, and am tense most of the time. Sounds like you've got some anxiety going on because of the Risperdal. I'm not sure what they do about that...perhaps put you on something else? But yeah, I'm on Effexor XR for depression, and it's working great! I'm doing well on it, and any depressive symptom I experience is definitely placated by the medicine.
