MARY'S LITTLE ADDICTION By John Williams Mary had a little lamb Its fleece was white as snow She sold herself for money Each and every night She would sell her dignity If the price was right Everywhere that Mary went The lamb was sure to go She tried to escape She tried to flee But you can’t run very fast When you’re on your knees It followed her to school one day Which was against the rules Teachers don’t want to know But the children all do If you go out The boogey man will get you It made the children laugh and play To see a lamb at school And the teachers watched As Mary tried to scream Lost and alone in her dreams They all closed there eyes And placed Mary far away To a place with padded walls Where the halls are empty Not an echo Not a voice Only Mary And her drug of choice -End-
okay..how do I say this without making it sound bad? Im not a big fan of this poem. I dont think it flows well,at all...and it's quite akward. Not to mention,a little predictable.
omigawd NO WAY. I thought it was about a sheep! Well I like the idea, but I agree, it doesn't flow very well.. you could edit a bit more..? It made me smile, tho
bnf, just a little bit of trivia -- "crackwhore" is now an official part of the webster's dictionary!
yeah i like the consept, but it just doesn't sound right. it doesn't really have a good rhythm or vibe. needs a little work, it has potential to be real good.
