has anyone here made home made marshmallows? and if you did,did they turn out I want to make some for christmas but I am kind of scared to any advice would help. It just sounds so good with hot cocoa and I have seen them in stores but they cost way to much. thank tons
oh, me! i'm a bit late for christmas, but i make marshmallows sometimes for my son. he's allergic to chemicals and additives in the store bought ones, so he can only really eat the homemade ones the most important part about candy making is to wash down the sides of the pan you're using to that any stray sugar crystals dont seed the whole batch of candy and turn it into a grainy mess.
