i'll b in town 4 a few day's(10) and i am lookin' 4 some cool ppl to burn with....
i was thinking of getting some kind of coffie shop crawl goin'....any idea's would b helpful....

me and two buddies will be in town on the 11th and leaving the 19th. We'll be staying at the flying pig/ we should def meetup.

My husband and best friend will be visiting the Dam for the first time in april. We'll be there the 15th - 21st if anyone wants to holla...

 

we'll be in the downtown pig....that is the nothern one by the red light district(i think) yeah man lets set something up. Im always down for a crawl.

dig it... the more smokers the better im trying to put some kind of

list together of shops we can go to so far i got....

1. start at pink floyds(i think they changed owners or something)
around 8-8:30 am(time may change )
2.then stop at the popeye across the street
3.the rokerij II looks to be the next stop
4.the doors is next door to that
5.after that i would like to go to homegrown fantasy
6.hit the grey area for there fantastic gear
7.chill at the amnesia with there brain ticket ice hash and a few milk shakes
8.then head over to abraxas and check out the glass floor
9.stop by the dampkring and have a smoke
10.i wanna stop by the dolphins and try there white dolphin plus they have a cool chill spot down stairs
11. head on over to global chillage for some "global chillage":spliff:
12.then wander on down to the easy times burn 1
13.then kill the cotton mouth at get down to it (i think they still serve beer)
14.refreshed now lets hit the rookies
"insert" im not opposed to doing magic mushrooms and tatanaka smart shop is in the area and if u buy 4 boxs of shrooms there u get 1 free
15.gotta go to the noon and get some blueberry
16.mellow yellow is next
17.i wanna try some crystal clear at katsu
18.we will be quite stoned at this point so i guess the next shop will be whatever one we stumble in to

so what do u think? are there any shops u wanna go to? any that i missed?
we can set a date the closer it gets

Sounds like a plan. You pretty much listed all of my go-to's, I would only suggest adding Barnerys Breakfast bar as our starting point, just up from Pink Floyds. I've heard good things, so I wanted to check it out. Other than that, can't wait.

 

If I may make a suggestion, you might want to shape your crawl in a circular shape instead of going back and forth from uptown to midtown and back again.....

To help with the continuity, here would be the coffeeshops in a straight line from north to south:


1. start at barneys (pink floyd doesn't open until 9am I think)
2. pink floyds(now owned by dampkring but still called pink floyd I believe)
3.then stop at the popeye across the street
NOTE: greenhouse now owns the former blue velvet coffeeshop on this street
4.the rokerij II looks to be the next stop
5. skip the doors because it stinks and go to siberie coffeeshop which is just around the corner on brouwersgracht
6.after that i would like to go to homegrown fantasy
7. go to abraxas now to see the floor because its in this neck of the woods
8. go to amnesia (its on the way towards grey area)
9. hit the grey area for there fantastic gear
10.stop by the dampkring and have a smoke (south of grey area)

thx koopa that sounds great except that i would like to stop at the grey area b4 we hit amnesia. the grey area is more of a buy-n-fly shop when u can get a seat there they do have some awsome bongs to use but it is not so easy to always find a seat there. u can how-ever find a seat at amnesia

and they have great milk shakes

what a way to start a fat bowl of barney rubble hash and a large cone of g-13

grey area is a great place for gear and its only a few blocks south of amnesia.

you know what makes coffeeshop crawls cool too (as long as everybody has one) Bicycles!

i think there is some kind of record or something its like 24 shops in 24 hours
i bet we can do 25..... and if we cant .... it will b fun trying

 

The 14th definitely works for me. I'll be doing a lot of "practicing" if were going to hit all of the shops, get my endurance up a bit. Looking forward to it.
