They're definitely not American, at least most of them. As far as them not being human... I'm not sure about that, except maybe in a metaphorical sense perhaps. I understand what you are saying. I would like to think their plan is "decadent fantasy." And it could be if society itself wasn't so decadent, absorbed with sex, sports, and mindless entertainment. People have been domesticated. They have no survival instinct left in them and they have been conditioned to see government as their savior. Society has been moulded by those at the top, who give us our culture and our opinions. The science behind mass control is an ancient one going all the way back to Sumer (likely even before that), and those at the top know how to scientifically manipulate the minds of the people. It's like an art to them. There are always the few who cannot be brainwashed, who see the truth, who will rebel against the coming order. That's why they are putting the measures into place to deal with these people once things begin to unravel. They are planning on mass chaos, because they need chaos to being about their new order. That's where the masonic ORDO AB CHAO comes from, which is ORDER OUT OF CHAOS. It is not impossible for the people of the world to defeat this system, but it's going to take a lot of effort and a lot of people coming to the true realization of what's going on. Much of the so-called opposition that is out there is not real opposition, but controlled opposition that really isn't opposition at all. For people to really see the truth, they need to rid themselves of their conditioned beliefs and look beyond the paradigm that has been created for them. They are going to have to stop taking sides. Time is running out.
Well, all western culture is pretty much the same. It has been made that way through social engineering and the promotion of multiculturalism (which seeks to make all cultures one). The internet has also played a major role in creating a common culture, which is one of the reasons it was given to the public in the first place. The only ones really not under the control of the system are the indigenous tribes and such, who live away from so-called "civilization."

Once they pull it off, it's over and done. There is no going back from that point because they will disarm the public. They even have the technology with HAARP and such to control the minds of the people of an entire continent if they wanted, making everyone docile and submissive. It's likely that when it all starts to unravel an enemy will be blamed, much like was the case on 9/11. People will be more likely to turn against each other amidst all the chaos, never realizing their common enemy at the top. If anything, people will turn to the government to save them, as the public has always done in the wake of a catastrophe. Besides, the government has their underground bunkers and cities, so they really have nothing to worry about as far as civil unrest goes. They have all the measures in place, and they could implement it all tomorrow if they wanted.

Well, we know invading Iran isn't too far off, so it's likely they're going to use some kind of a pretext for that, whether it's a contrived Golf of Tonkin type event, or another 9/11-style attack on our soil, which will be blamed on Iran. Another major up and coming event centers around the North American Union, scheduled for 2010. The next three years leading up to 2010 are going to be extremely chaotic, and we're already beginning to see major events start to unfold.
