Does anyone here believe in any of that conspiracy theory stuff about the illuminati and the new world order? I've been looking into it and it makes alotta sense to me. Im curious as to what role Lucy and other psychedelics play in all this..
I love how the conspiracy theorist 'Illuminati' and 'NWO' websites take the common sense notion that rich people stick together, form clubs, keep secrets, and plot wars, and make it seem like some super special secret and blame it on the shriners. Whether you blame the Vatican, the Rothschilds, lizard people, or Freemasons, you're getting trapped into the fascinating world of exploring the problem as it's described to you. It's a particularly alluring trap that keeps you from exploring grassroots solutions. You'd probably be better off tripping and staring at a flower, then giving it to someone than trying to read some fucking conspiracy on a computer. It may be difficult to read if you've taken a proper dose anyway. I should probably stop babbling, but I've just realized that Terrence McKenna and Tim Leary both had their own sorts of conspiracy theories that involved cosmic connections, evoution, psychology,etc, and acid certainly fueled some of their ideas. There is a bit of a consensus on this site lately though that supports the notion that these types of ideas are latent, and the drugs are just a catalyst. Never trust a guru or conspiracy theorist is my advice. You've got to work things out on your own. It's fun to read up on that type of stuff though! peace- sw
I really hope so man. I've pretty much reached that stage in my life where i donno what direction im headed in but i do know that i want to make a change. Theres just way to much wrong with the world. Problem is i dont know where to start. It was about 3 years ago when i started reading up on acid and other psychedelics and even though i hadnt tried any(in fact i still havent had a proper psychedelic experience) just reading about people's experiences blew my mind. I guess one of the reasons for that was that i was studying Sociology which made me very aware of how carefully society is structured with its fine placed boundaries. But just knowing that theres something out there which can take you above and beyond all the bullshit really seemed like a ray of sunshine. When i started looking up on the new world order it pretty much fit in pretty well with the way id been looking at things which is why i was so curious as to know how these people who apparently control us view LSD.
Hey, I know how you feel, I'm thirty and have spent much time as an American activist, much of that time was wasted (maybe not) trying to stop the Iraq war before it started. Here's what I know, you should focus on solutions, and act locally. Do you play guitar or records or anything? Get out there and make people listen to you. Have fun. Now I'm living in the countryside of a foreign country and can mostly ignore these problems and focus on my family, but I am lucky that I no longer feel obligated to change the world in any way other than raising kids who won't wreck it.
Have you ever heard of Law of attraction? What about Law of deliberate creation? Law of Certanity? Research a bit about those things, and what sheerwackines said will be much clearer to you. Create the world you like and thats how it will be for you. You can do more for the world by your mind and heart than going protesting in front of someone's Embassy. Psychedelics can help feeling those laws working, but realisation on its own, comes directly from inside, from you. I always say, who is not happy without acid, he will have a hell of a ride on acid until he makes him self happy in normal day to day life. But in order to become happy, you need to know that you are not happy and to do something to achieve that. And to close the circle, psychedelics will show you are you happy or not. Funny isn't it!?
I watched a conspiracy movie and I said to my self what the hell is this. It's pushing me to hate, to not trust, to close my self to the world around and even if I go that way to be paranoid. No, no, no, wait stop right there. Am I in the vibration of love than? Live your life endlessly giving love as it cannot be spent, be happy and the rest will follow. Walk your talk! Be an example and others will follow. Change starts from the self first.
lsd reveals the truth. conspiracies are lies to cover the truth. obviously lsd has something to do with people dicovering the truth behind conspiracies. i'm sure that many crazy ideas of what is actually going on come about through lsd use as most inexperienced users attempt to swim around in their paranoid delusions. its about knowing the difference between the divine light of truth and an entertaining thought. i guess what i am saying is, not only is lsd responsible for pointing some of us in the right direction it is also responsible for many ridiculous conspiracy theories.

I've never tripped and pondered this subject... my friends and I discuss it a lot during weed sessions, but never during tripping. But overall, I think most of the conspiracies are bullshit entertainment stories made by some wacko whos tryin to make a profit. But thats referring to bloodlines and reptilians. I believe in true conspiracies, like the JFK assasination, Area 51, CIA sponsored mind control (MK-ULTRA), and the goverment is responsible for 9/11. That type of shit really interests me.
