Stop smoking for about a week. During that week, run run and run. Get that heart beating man. Then, before you smoke again, take a shower. You will feel refreshed and well for me anyways, it seems to get me higher because i feel clean..idk i really cant explain it. Hope you know where im comin from.
smokingdude- very smart comment, i am surprised by ur age. you play any sport ? Yea the best way is to stop smoking and do exercise , the Best one is running and drinking lots of water, so it circulates in ur system faster than usual. and you pee alot. and then have fun again.
Well, I know the exercise and lots of water can clean you out for a test, but I'm not sure if it works that way with tolerance. 'Cause that stuff is all in your head, man.
I play basketball, its my favorite sport to play and watch. But i couldnt play this year because my grades were too low(failed 3 classes). I could spend days just shooting in a gym, but i never can get to one. But ya you will mentaly lose tolerance and in my theory, you burn up the stored thc when you exersize/sweat.
also, dont smoke more bud than you need to. im sure you all know what i mean, dont pack another bowl just for the hell of it, smoke till your high and stop because when you just keep smoking you just raise your tolerance. MOST buds have a ceiling.
I love wlaking man...after a five mile hike\walk you get realy high because your muscles are all tired. anywho my tolerence is way the fuck up and its kinda gay.
I've heard that taking niacin helps, although it can have pretty nasty side effects ( i once saw this obese girl turn bright red, it was like some shit out of willy-wonka((she looked like a strawberry))).
