You'll find someone. I can't tell you whom or where or when. What I can tell you is this: Decide what it is you want, in as much detail as you can. Write it all down. Then spend regular time every day visualizing yourself with this person. Imagine things you would say and do together. And believe it will come to pass as you've imagined it. Do this for as long as it takes - my feeling is that it won't take terribly long. Weeks maybe, possibly a few months. This is called "creative visualization," and it's magic that really works.
Yeah, "Law of Attraction" is the newest term for it - back in the 60s it was Psychocybernetics - but whatever you call it, it's been a law of existence since time began. So keep doing what you're doing.
The word "proof" is pretty stringent. I can give you anecdotal evidence from my own experiences that I think would leave little doubt in the mind of a reasonable person. But not right now - gotta run soon.
Okay, I have time for a quick story right now. In 2000 I owned an old Oldsmobile that was on its last legs, and I wasn't too thrilled with it anyway. In October that year we finally paid off our Chevy Astro, so I started thinking about what kind of car I'd like to get for myself. I got on Consumer Reports online and did a bunch of research. I wanted a car with a good repair record, so for me that limited it to Honda, Toyota, or possibly Nissan. I wanted a van, because I had a lot of kids to cart around sometimes. So I looked at the van offerings from these three auto makers. I didn't care for the Nissans. Hondas were good but expensive, so I settled on the Toyota Sienna. I figured if I got a 1998 used model, I could probably find a deal around $13,000, which I could finance over seven years for just over $250/month - that was affordable for me. I didn't want power windows or lots of cool options, because those things tend to break pretty fast and require expensive repairs. And I wanted it to be tan-colored, so the cops wouldn't be as likely to notice me when I was speeding. LOL I wrote all these things down, and visualized myself driving this car. Then I sort of put it in the back of my mind, because my car was still working okay. At the end of December, my car died, and the mechanic told me it would cost more than the car was worth to fix. So I decided to junk it. I headed for my local Toyota dealer - and my car was sitting there on the lot, waiting for me. Tan-colored 1998 Sienna with crank windows, no fancy extras. I told the sales guy, "That's my car." He sold it to me for around $13,000. As he was looking at the computer info for the car, he said, "That car has been sitting on the lot since October." !!! The car had been waiting there for me ever since I had first visualized it, and nobody had bought it for three months, so it would be there when I finally decided to come get it. More stories later.
Well it all started back in late 06' then I met my co-worker who use to be a talk show psychic. She told me that I would meet my girlfriend in a year from then. I kindda believed her and made a list (in my mind) of what this girl should be like. At this time I was kind of hurt and I just didn't care about love. I didn't want a girlfriend. I had bad experiences with love in the past so I just gave up. What I did for about year was pray to God that in a year I'll meet the one and that she would hurt me so much that I'll just want to stop trying with love and focus more on my dreams. Well a year did go by and I've met this girl! I met her at work and something in the back of my mind did tell me to talk to her,but I wasn't all that attratced to her. So about a month or so past by and I finally started to talk to her. Well she turned out to be what I was looking for and she would say the right thing everytime we talked. Well she broke my heart and I just felt ssssssooooooooo bad to a point where I just wanted to give up on love and trying. So now you know my story...

The desires of your heart come from your true self, your higher spirit, and exist for your spiritual growth, your spiritual goals for this lifetime. Why did you want to experience this heartbreak, animedevil? What have you learned from this experience? Have you changed as a person? Where do you want to go from here? Are you broken? I think not...

The reason was so that I'll focus more on my career, because at the time I believed that Love was a only in the way of my dreams, but now I can see that I need it in my life so I can improve. Well now I know what I want from my soulmate and I believe it's important to have love in one's life and that everybody deserves it. Yea I believe that I have. Well right now I want to find my Love, that special girl that was just made for me.

Well what I'm really looking kindda did came into my life already, but let me list the ways that she was that I'm looking for. 1.) I love her for her drak long hair (mostly black) 2.) She's a Latina girl with tand skin, not too dark 3.) Has dark eyes 4.) She's a nice smart girl 5.) Lives close to me 6.) goes to college 7.) Is around my age 20 - 21 8.) a little shorter than I 9.) Has just a cute name as well as a nice voice 10.) Is a lady 11.) Dresses well 12.) Doesn't drink nor smoke 13.) Does drive a car 14.) Humble girl 15.) Doesn't have kids( with out me) 16.) Well she "was" working at the same mall that I am working and this girl just seemed perfect, but what do I know?....
So you talked to her? Exchanged a few remarks and found that you were completely locked onto each other's wavelength? And you caught hold of the moment and said, "Hey, let's have dinner together and do some more of this!" And she looked at you with a rising gleam in her eyes and said, "Sure! I know this great place..." And etc? And it was like a slice of heaven on earth? Or what?
