Was walking home, took it out of my pocket...And it dropped loose and fell into a sewer..Talk about bad luck lol

True I can almost picture it now:

Hits an alligator on the head
The impact causes the alligator to thrash around
The thrashing sound alerts a power company employee working underground; thus saving the life of one innocent man and preventing a catastrophe :2thumbsup:

that's why I buy the cheap brands. When they break or get lost I don't tend to care as much.

go back at night with a flashlight...it will be easier to see at night...if its just a storm sewer its probably just sitting at the bottom...a stick and string with a fish hook and youll probably get it back

I think it is a conspiracy. They make them so small now so that they do fall out and you have to purchase a new one.

 

Man i'm sorry you lost it. For me its like losing a piece of my heart. I've become to reliable on my ipod, can't help my addiction to music.

I lost a ipod two years ago and i was running around my room pulling my hair out tell i came to the conclusion it was gone. I spent the rest of my money including $10 or $13 in change to buy a new one. I use my ipod a good hour to 5 hours a day since its my car music library. Ipods a hell of an upgrade since the ol walkman rewinding tape days.

 

I've lost two iPods in the last few years. It really sucks, my deepest sympathies.

 

Its not the piece of plastic with a small screen that is the sad loss, its the countless hours putting 7,000 songs onto it! Copying all those cds takes more than a few hours!

 

Presumably you have other copies of all the mp3s back up somewhere

That was random as fuck and just reminded me of this porn I saw once where a dude put a plastic tube in his ass and another dude put a mouse in the tube and let it crawl up in his ass. That had nothing to do with a ferret, but whatever.

 

You know there are people in war-torn areas of the world who lose family members more often than they lose ipods.

Sometimes this site makes me want to stab myself in the face.

 

Then again there are those of us who equate a lost ipod with losing a limb – It’s all relative :2thumbsup:
