I would like to know why it happen that when i smoke for 2-3 months every day i get very skinny, i feel like my bones are just under my skin and i can loose 5-6 kilos, but when i stop after about one month i´m having my weight back. Is there any way to avoid that ?
I loose weight even i eat the same as when i dont smoke, probably there´s nothing to do, just to quit smoking completely, maybe i should. Actually many people pay a lot of money for getting rid of kilos...
