my freind jack had a nice live evergreen tree in his yard.. i said "what happened to your tree?" he says "this fucking drunk asshole down the street stole it"

listen how fucking stupid asshole is.. Steals tree, drags tree to his house down the street, all the needles lead right to his door.. Cops come on xmas eve no less at like 3am to assholes house to investigate.. he then tells the cops he bought it. Cops take picture of the trunk and match the rings. Asshole is still is jail and his wife is pissed at jack for pressing charges on xmas.. :xmastree:

it was a blue spruce live tree.. he had 2 of them and planted them when his sons Eddie and Bobby were born 16 and 18 yrs ago..
Jack only pressed the chargers for theft, I havent seen the police report..
Dont piss off a night court judge in Allegheny co, cause they set the bond.. $10,000.00 isnt that much when its 10%, he could make bail with $300.00 nonrefundable but i dont think he has that kind of money lol, he stole a tree that he could of bought for $25.00 from a lot .. :tree:

The charges were not harsh at all. Being charged for possessing weed is harsh. Going to jail for brandishing an axe (lethal weapon) on someone's private property and then stealing a tree is fair and will teach that foolio to think first next time.

he onces was chopping wood in his yard, struck a clothes line with the axe above him and it flung back and hit him in the head.. medics came, we all lold...

out here when you buy a permit to chop your own tree on national forest land blue spruce is one of the trees they specify you dont cut. fucking stupid to steal a tree out of someones yard.

 

the whole neighborhood is talknig bout it.. like wow how stupid are you, leave needles right back to your house.. I heard the cops went to one other house first cause the needles stopped or something. . but lol they picked up the scent again..
