List of Strains and Highs

This was mentioned in a thread not too far down.
"We should start making a big list of strains and the types of high that you get from them. It would be nice to be able to pick out exactly the high you want for different occasions. So what do you guys all say to that idea, making a list of all the different strains that we have tried and describing the types of highs that each strain produces.

 

Might as well start it off with some good times:

AK-47. It hits you really fast and lasts a long time. 65% Sativa, 35% Indica. Great headstone.

Haze. Californian 100% Sativa strain, psychadelic high. Highly reccomended.

Super Haze, originally called Haze/Skunk. Made Dutch Passion the High Times Cannabis Cup winner in 1992. Real sweet, 100% Sativa strain. Also highly reccomended.

Swazi. I've never had this but it looks great. Here's the description:
Swazi, an original pure African Sativa strain, a tall plant with a sweet sativa taste. Swazi has long sticky buds and produces an active high. This plant has long buds with large crystals of resin and a low leave to flower ratio. Taste the difference; experience the aroma of a Swasiland stain with it’s strong up high.

 

I have grown WW, Nirvana Ice, and bogbubble.. I had great results.. Had a great high, with little comedown..

those plants look amazing, especially your WW. where'd you get the seeds from?

 

I kinda like this new strain called "LowRyder", its kinda like a mind high, it creeps up on you.

I've tried skunk and some high-quality BC bud ... the skunk was pretty potent, and was a very relaxing, slow, enjoyable high; great for reducing tension. The BC bud was another story; I smoked just a little bit of that (a quarter of a bowl, if that), and 30 minutes later, me and my friends were listening to music and talking about stuff ... or at least my friends were. I was quite literally stoned out of my mind; I was laying face down on the bed with my eyes closed, seeing the craziest visuals ever, and just listening to my friends talk and the music go. I was completely conscious for 2 hours, but I simply could NOT get the momentum to participate in the conversation at all. =P

 

damn, just about the only weed i've ever smoked worth posting about is AK47 and Haze, and i'd have to concur with what Stalkz has to say about them.

KB is a piney smoke that creeps up on you, and leaves you feeling loose and contemplative, and pretty effectively shuts your practical mind down (i spent about 15 minutes looking for some keys that were in my pocket). great for listening to music.

ONly thing to add is that AK has kind of an unassuming taste/smell, and haze has probably the most unique taste i've ever experienced, kind of like having a pot plant growing in your mouth.

they were just the 15 dollar pack seeds that Nirvana sells, but I must say i picked some of the finest ladies to clone..

 

AK47 is great, never had haze but last time I had AK47 I heard songs playing in my head for a good couple hours
