   How would we know what it is? and be sufficient for how many of "what" for what size area?
   
   But normally a shop light is a 2 tube 4' length that you put a cool and warm light bulb in. If what ever you bought is similar, you will be able to grow a couple of plants. Buds will be pretty small though.
