you have to start somewhere. the bill was writen so it will win in the fed courts. then it could be like dominos
but why oregon? why not cali? where we would be closer to getting it done?....but the thing is is that if we go by state laws then federal laws will still be broken and we could still be punished..just on a bigger level than state laws..which would be bad..so really the only thing we can do is try to get federal courts to make it legal
it's better than nothin. you gotta start somewhere, and from my experience in california it's already basically legal there.
the whole point of passing this is so we can win in fed court (go to the website). as for californa being a better place to start. feel free to start doing it now. this thread was aimd at people in oregon. would be nice to here from some adults in oregon
