Great stuff Kraftwerk, some say the pioneers of Techno trance.

 

Kraftwerk is a great band. Some many 80's bands were totally influenced by kraftwerk.

Yeah, i remember 'em..... still got a copy of their first album here on vinyl somewhere.... gonna go dig it out and have a smoke down memory lane i think

more like most of pop/hip-hop/dance music for the last 32 years. You can hear Kraftwerk-influenced music on just about any top-40 station you scan through today. it's all about the sequencer.

I've only heard autobahn, but I loved it.

 

autobahn was their first single to make it big, 1974. Disco DJs played it religiously, as did electro DJs. very influential track.

I'm really into Kraftwerk at the moment. I've blown most of my budget buying their albums and I'm just constantly listening to them. I love "Ralf and Florian" and "Autobahn" in particular

 

was listening to them last weekend. their live albums have such a strong energy. i cant wait to see them here in melbourne soon

I grew up listening to Kraftwerk, it's what opened the door for all the EBM/electronic/industrial music I listen to.
