Just outta curiosity...

How did the rest of you guys happen on this forum? Because mostly its a bunch of real chill people just hanging out on the internet. Sure there are some dicks cough*sirtokesalot* cough cough (just kidding bro, we just disagree on shit...) but that's how it is pretty much all the time. So maybe all the chill people gravitate towards one part of the Internet, which is why there are so many cool people around here?

Man, I'm too stoned for this. I think I got to this forum 'cause I typed www.hippies.com or something like that, hahaha.... What about the rest of ya'll?

I think I was looking for an LSD forum, found bluelight, which was kinda too geeky at points, then found this and just started posting.

 

Some dude named Terrapin told me about it. I dont know why Im even here, Im not a hippy at all. I just used to do a lot of drugs and watch Sailor moon.

 

i found this place a VERY long time ago, a few years before the new hip forums set up.

i just typed in hippy.com. i was very interested in the hippy culture back in the day when i was like 13-14. skip made a pretty nice Hippyland site. pretty informative.

i then made my way to the hip forums link, and this has been my home for years.

i didn't start coming to the marijuana forums till about 2 years ago.

oh ok, his name on here is Terrapin Flyer, but he's banned lol. I just knew him since middle school and went to some with him in PA and FL. But I have a baby now and bills, so I had to quit. Actually he's having a baby, I think his girl is due in July? But, yea he's cool as shit

If I remember, I think me, him, and 2cesarewild got a warning for posting off topic in this forum, and he like flipped out and started harrassing everyone, and I dont know I think he said goodbye to the rainbows and that was it for him. I only talk to him through emails like once a month, and he said hes coming out my way to visit in September.

i was actually intending to register at a different forum, but i was too stoned and couldn't figure it out, so i found this one and registered here.

I also was looking at hippies.com and made the discovery.

 

i found this place about 4 years ago, doing a project for school on hippies i was on it for a while then stoped then about 5 or 6 months later made the name deadonceagain ive been posting pretty much daily eversence, still tho no one knows who i am

 

typed in hippy.com to see if it was an actual page, and the rest is history.

 

I was just searching for a weed forum because i had never smoked it before and i had a few questions...now look at meh thanks guys

P.S I actually never thought i was gonna be a 'hipforumer' i just planned on asking questions and never coming to this site again..and my name is smokindude because i had to think of soemthing quick, if i knew i was gonna be a kid who would eventually post 1000+ posts then i would of thought alot longer on my user name. lol so dont judge me on the stupid name smokindude

Actually if you wanted it changed, you could always ask Skip to change it for you. I'm pretty sure you could, my old forum www.skaterscafe.com allowed me to change my name if I contacted the admin.
