Just Devised a Scheme, but need help

I bought 2 Grams of 30x Salvia off eBay. My plan is to bag it and sell it to friends of mine, many of my friends after just mentioning the idea expressed immediate interest.

After devising this scheme I came up with these few questions:

1.) Is it illegal if I bag and sell this stuff to friends? If it is, I might call the whole thing off. I really can't afford to go to jail, or get a ticket of any kind. I've already got two tickets I have to pay, plus holiday bills, car insurance etc., which is why I want to do this whole thing. Everything just seems to be piling up, and if this works out it would really help me out of this jam.

2.) How much should I put in each bag to give a trip or two?

3.) How much should I sell each bag for? I want to make a decent profit and I also want to make sure my friends get a good trip off what I give them.

4.) Is 30x like too powerful that people will be freaking out? I don't want any of my friends freaking out like that kid in Delaware that killed himself.

Also, this is completely a one time deal, I have no intention of selling again, it was just an idea a buddy of mine came up with, to help me out of my, ahem fiscal jam up, as mentioned before and I was curious if anyone on this forum could help.

1) I wouldn't imagine that it would be illegal to sell privately in any state in which it's commercial sale wasn't already banned. That said, I wouldn't go up to a police officer and tell him about the whole thing. If you're really going to keep the sale to a few friends, then it should be fine.

2) I dont know man. Buy one of those metal bong bowls, fill it with salvia, and maybe have 3 or 4 of those per bag. The idea with salvia is to smoke as much as possible before you're incapacitated (usually, 1 hit). so a few hits should suffice.

3) This is tricky. Salvia is one of many drugs, like mescaline, that suffer from limited marketability. maybe, 5 bucks? have you looked into how much salvia costs at headshops in your area? You've got to set the price to make it worth it to them to buy it from you. Honestly, there are many other legal and less than legal things you could sell and make a much greater profit than with salvia.

4) if they're going to "freak out", they'll do it at 10x just as easily with 30x. It should be alright.But i have to ask:

Do you have any experience with salvia? It's the farthest possible thing from recreational. After you do it, you're not inclined to do it again, you're typically just wondering "wtf?" and trying to piece everything together. Have any of your interested friends tryed salvia before? I love psychedelics, but really don't feel like smoking salvia again anytime soon. For those lacking my tastes, I imagine salvia would be even less palatable.

I'd advise buying some salvia for the experience, but I don't believe there's much money to be made from it (if any at all).

Ugh, this is exactly why Salvia will be made illegal: It's users know nothing about the plant and will take it anyway.

30X is VERY potent stuff, and you would be extremely irresponsible to sell your friends this salvia without giving them any information about the drug as well.

Salvia is a terrible recreational drug just to let you know, and your friends will probably freak out if they take it with that mindset.

Learn about it first, then consider using it and selling it to your friends.

 

what you have is for you alone.

if you like it you are lucky
not everyone will appreciate it.
certainly not suitable for party or festival.

dosage varies so much with pipe selection and method of smoking.
if you make packets too small or out of material that sticks to the salvia product then people will definitely get too little.
if you make packets too big then people will definitiely get too much and suffer.

so just keep it in your kit, and enjoy it when you can.
refine yourself, and your personal method of ingestion to get the most out of it.
let the current supply chains operate appropriately.

 

SWIFS just sold a half gram 20X for a $60 CD player. There are plenty of stupid people out there, just a matter of finding them. 10 dollars for that amount is more typical, or rather 3 of them for twenty on a front, they sell two for you, one is theirs.

Next you have 2gs for selling.... my buddy has like 3gs of 60x for personals.
And that kid in Delaware didn't die from salvia, he died because he was depressed, and killed himself. His bastard useless fuck up parents blamed a drug, because they know nothing.
And last but not least, you have NO clue, and should cancel that order, and instead get yourself a nice zippo or something, or ya know a book.
