Fuck Jesse the body. He had more credibility when he was a pro wrestler.

 

I like him. I don't agree with all his views, but at least he's not afraid to voice them.

He was great on Stern about a week ago.

Jesse seems alright, when I watch anything he's in I always keep in mind that he's an entertainer first and foremost. He's a showman. I'm not saying that what he has to say doesn't have credibility, just that he's an entertainer.

I do think that he really needs to shave off that skullet though. It makes him look like the dead lady from Tales from the Crypt Keeper.

I'm watching the video from the op, six minutes in...

Jesse says that if he were President that he'd remove all the US military bases around the world that aren't in the US. Piers asks if that would be good for security. Jesse replies, "Why, we can get anywhere. We have nuclear missles."

So...rather than have military bases around the world that can respond instantly in case of an attack from another country. Jesse would rather remove them so that the US can't police the world, and would instead prefer to hit an attacking country with nuclear missles...

Let's hope to hell he never becomes president. He'd be knocking nuclear craters into the planet if there was a real terrorist attack on the US.

No, nuclear warfare is too much. It's hurts our planet and sterilizes the earth.

If anything men and women in militaries should go back to using muskets and swords.

By gawd! Jesse is really sticking Piers on the hot seat! What a great interview.

There were a few times when discussing 9/11 that Jesse asked a question or proposed an idea (fact) and the look on Piers' face was completely blank, like he had temporarily been lobotomized.

I love seeing shit like that, because you know that some (most) news reporters have to lie and go with the given story when on the air. Otherwise they'll lose their job and all hope for future work.

But every once in awhile you can tell by the look on a reporters face that they know what the person is saying is true, and the reporter is just thinking "Holy shit, did he really just say that to 10 million viewers!"

This Piers Morgan guy is really disgusting scum...unfortunately Ventura isnt that well informed or he doesnt dare to tell the whole truth.

The end of that interview was a little odd.

Jesse said that Jesse Ventura will just disappear one day. Gone.

Before that he said he wouldn't run for President because the White House isn't down in Mexico. He's mentioned Mexico before, many times, and how much he loves it there.

I kind of got the feeling by the end that he's just cashing in on a market that he knows sells. If he was that committed to the truth, why would he want to simply disappear a year or so from now? He's just going to cash in, move into his house in Mexico permanently and that's that?

He seems reasonable and he seems to be a fan of the truth, and what he says about the system is true. Every once in awhile though he gives off a vibe like it's just entertainment to him. He can tell the truth, and critique the system, but it's a job to him. He doesn't seem entirely genuine in his reason.

 

once you understand how much of a clown obama and his fans are....it becomes entertianment. :mickey:
