Jerks Or The Nice Guy?

ehh sorry if this aint a reall good thread. but i had a question
its mostly for the girls but i supose if the guys wanna comment go for it...

what would a girl chose a guy whos a JERK or the guy who is NICE?

its funny how i notice that girls for the jerks more... i mean i seen a few guy that talk to some girls like "dam im soo horney wanna fuk me?, etc ( i cant accuatly CANT think of example riight, thats the first tat came to my mind)
buts its like stuff like that, idk i seen girls go for guys that do that. i concider my self the nice type, like i wouldnt say sum thing like that. and i supose i listen to them and stuff like that... ive told some girls that i should start acting like that, and say stuff like that now. all of em said NOPE we want the nice guy. yet i always end up being the friend who hears the girl complain of yet ANOTHER boy friend whos acting like a prick and saying stupid shit to her or doing stuff she doesnt wanna do... may thats all i am. i supose girls want a NICE and probably attractive guy with the car... ehh im nice, i dont concider my self attractive and i dont have a car, YET.... anways idk thats juss been a question on my mind for a while. ( when i say "girls" i dont mean ALL Girls in general, i just means some, mostly 1s i kno soo please no one get offended)

Anywho, I do prefer nice in real life, but a little bit of a dominating ass in bed. but hey, that's just me

I think the big thing that women notice is confidence in a man. Assholes are often far more confident than "nice guys", who are more often than not, too timid to actually approach a girl (at least, in my experience)

 

Nice guys are the best! But they have to be confident in who they are... and in bed too Nice guys with a past are best

 

I have one hell of a past.. i must be almost perfect claire ?. modesty is not my middle name , sorry.

 

girls i know seem to want jerks, im a naturaly nice quiet guy but i relieze if i wanna get some i have be an asshole

 

just saying, when it's easy to read the question, it's a lot easier to respond. It wasn't intended as an insult.

 

um I think that if girls seem more attracted to jerks is because it seems like more of a challenge to them. Personally, I like guys to be nice to me, but I dont like them to seem like a people pleaser who is only nice to make everyone happy. Its better for a guy to be honest and be a jerk ( if he has to) than to worry about making ppl mad. I think probably nice guys are seen as pushovers alot of times and alot of girls would probably rather have a guy who is in charge a little more...

but I dont like complete jerks either...
so in between is good.

 

I end up with jerks quite often, but it's never on purpose. I would prefer a nice guy.

 

it's a fine line, probably. the more successful men are just pushier and more persistent. at first that can be attractive. and a guy who's too nice can be really unattractive, too. too easily pushed around. so i avoid the supposed nice-guys, who are often just passive aggressive mama's boys looking for someone to take care of them. (sorry, had a few of those, too.) you gotta find the guy who's man enough to stand up for himself without being a selfish asshole.

 

lol. i doubt it. but i have to have a man who can keep me in line, you know? but at the same time i get my feelings hurt really easily by people i love. so i have to have....DAVE. he's perfect. he doesn't take any shit, but he knows why i'm such a selfish twit and helps me learn how not to be.

no, the thing is to be strong and just a little pushy, without resorting to calling women bitches and telling them to bend over.

it's just that i've never once seen a girl who wasn't a hooker, stripper or total skank looking for some surrogate father figure fall for shit like that. i'm wonder WHO it is you guys think go for that. are you going after the nice girls, or are you trying to get the attention of the uber-popular cheerleader types? because you're not getting those unless your very rich and very good looking. have any of you boys tried "shopping" within your own attractiveness/income level?

 

i guess i'm just reasonably good looking because im a prick to most people so i know girls dont like me for personality.

the guys i have dated have been really big pricks.. so yea i go for the asshole type... maybe it is the "bad boy" disposition they have??

it is just soo "untouchable"... it makes you want them more, knowing they are out of reach...

I usually find after getting to know the "tuff guy" or"jerk" in this case, i find out their true personality, which isnt always bad they can be sweet too..

 

wow, soo seems like girls go for the tough guy beacuse the nice guy gets walked over on. i dont think i get walked over on by other people. atleast thats what i believe. i just listen to girls. you know like if they got some thing wrong, im ussaly like "whats up? tell me about it, im always here for you"" < i think thats what makes me the friend....
