Is anyone else madly in love with Janis' voice?I'm serious when i say that it captivates my mind, body, and soul. No one ever did compare and no one ever will. ya know
joss stone is the next Janis Joplin maybe not in voice but in soul, for a 19 year old she is amazing, I see her keeping her career alive for many years to come. But I agree nothing compares to Janis she was just so passionate about what she did she showed it in the way she projected her singing.
Janis Is Great But Some Of Her Churchy Tracks Are Recorded So Shitty She Sounds Like Squellin Dog But For The Most Part She Rocks But Grace Slick > Than Janis
Well thats not a fair comparison. You're only comparing them as two female singers from the same scene...what Janis and Grace did were completely different, and I love their music for entirely different things. But of course they're both great....
I LOVE her voice. I love how she performed and how much soul she had. she was a very passionate person. Im reading a book on her thats awesome, Love, Janis, I recommend you get it haha. Peace~
i can't decide which one is my favorite... i just love all of them. today i've heard try just a little bit harder more than 10 times. and bobby mcgee, too! her voice is just perfect. it makes me smile and tremble from inside. i could listen to her forever.
I guess I'm the only one who doesn't really like her voice. Grace Slick's voice is better. But I do like Janis.

grace was very hot... and had a really nice voice. i like her very much, but i like janis much more... but yeah, it's just my oppinion. they are both great.
