Ok i have a question about using heroin and going to jail,lets just say someone I know uses heroin,gos to a local wal mart and passes out from an Od and gos to jail,how much jail time and they looking at if they live in Ny any ideas,im hoping just a few months.....right i mean it cant be that much..
Was there any heroin in your friend's posession at the time? If not, I wouldn't expect too much trouble. If there was some heroin in your friend's posession, then he is probably fucked. Posession of heroin being a felony offense and whatnot.
Im not sure if my friend had any on them at the time,all i know is he went to jail and im not sure for how long,I hope they didnt have any on them at the time bt all i nkow is that he had it in his system and passed out at the store,another reason why he was sent because he was on probation.....
