What do you guys think? Does the punishment fit the crime? I know this kid, he goes to my high school and he is not a bad kid. He just made extremely stupid decisions and I do not believe his crime deserves up to 10 years in prison, which is what's being said at the time. All thoughts and comments are greatly appreciated!

Does the punishment fit the crime? Of course not. I don't see anything wrong other than an innocent person being arrested over nothing.
