Does anyone else feel sorry for this guy. He's accussed of child molestation and there's no way for him to get a fair trial. Everyone knows about him and everyone has their own opinion already formulated. The mainstream media has painted him as guilty from day one. Personally, I don't think he did it. He's diffrent alright, but last time I checked thats not a crime. Even if he is innocent, theres no way he'll be found not guilty.
There is actually something mentally wrong with "Jacko". In court he got up from his seat and started contorting and twisting his body and grab himself and in the middle of the hearings (everyone was already looking at him) the judge stopped everything and asked "Jacko" what was wrong and he answered that he needed to use the bathroom. Now I could expect this from a 4 year old but a grown man in his 40's (maybe even older I'm not sure) is just absolutely INSANE.
I don't know, if he did what they said he did that is fucked up, but as far as the media goes, thay have just shoved the guilty verdict in the public's face the entire time, not given jackson's side any word, and the trial hadn't even begun. if he isn't sent to prison. 'they'll' have to be satisfied with permanently destroying his career and life etc... they changed the law years ago specifically for him they've been waiting on this a long time..he's not going to be a free man with all that money forever. and it isn't a fair trial thats for sure. people either love him or loathe him. either way it's biased. and it's blatantly the laws way of trying to crimminalise someone who's got a lot of personal independant power. and is crazy with it... maybe even a peadophile...who knows.. the point is we don't know. is it slander or evidence? every body is mentally ill..to some degree. personally if it's solid evidence he's molested children sexually. he goes down. there are laws against that for a reason. to protect children. If it's slander and speculation then theres no case. But there should be a good enough case against him considering the length it's been preparing..i'd like to see what they actually have. instead of all this media hype.
I don't really think he is a pervert. He may be really close to kids or little boys but that doesn't necessarilly mean he is a nasty perve who plays with them. You can tell he is a loving caring man, weird, but like you said nothing wrong with that, The people just try to get him locked up or sue him for the money and publicity and its retarded.

it wasn't fair already, he got to leave the country during bail, the constitution (piece of toilet paper that it is) guarentees equal protection under the law, if I had been accused of molesting a child I probable wouldn't even be able to leave the county, the state hell no and if I tried to leave the country those would be grounds to shoot me, if the goverment is willing to give him unfair treatment already what kinda camp cupcake treatment is he going to get (yes I was alluding to another ignoring of that whole equal protection thing, damn I'm picky I want the constitution to apply to everyone) give him a public defender and allow the jury to convict him on that, lets see " justice" work.
No. Healthy men (with the exception of daddy's in a family bed) don't sleep with little children without evil intent. He's a sicko. I have no doubt. It is HARD to even indict people on child molestation, because children are RARELY beleived. I think he CAN get a fair trial. Many years ago, long before any of this started, his sister was saying in interviiews he was a pedophile, and everyone went off on her. His latest stunt, with the "backache" was pathetic. I hope he enjoyed his morphine shot. It will probably be one of his last for a while. My dh gags when this guy is on the TV, my kids leave the room, because they think he is creepy and my little on is AFRAID of his picture! He's creepy and sick and I have no qualms about him going away for 20 years or so. He'll get "protective custody" anyway, so the other prisoners probably won't be able to exectute their own brand of justice (which is what happens to child molesters, they are NOT popluar in prison, even killers and crack dealers hate them) which would happen to a guy with less money. He's been given TOO many breaks already. Get this trial over with and lock the child molester up. Damn, I used to LIKE him, he's a talented man..............sad.
Has he EVER had therepy or anything? Anyone who cares about him should have gotten him into therepy a long time ago as it's been obvious for a while that he needs it. Probably the whole family needs it.
I don't know...i don't think he's a child molesterer or anything really, but if it was just some random 40 year old guy from down the road sleeping in bed with little boys, he'd be named a monster. Jacko get's off lightly because he's famous. I don think he's fucked up and I do think that theres something wrong about what he does, but I don't think he's mentally stable enough to see that sleeping in the same bed with kids is wrong. Firstly, you wouldn't let your kid sleep in a bed with your 40 year old next door neighbour so why do they let them sleep with Jacko? And secondly, the first time he was charged with molestation, the parents of the boy dropped to case for money?! If my kid had been 'abused' I wouldn't drop the case for however much money he offered me. That little boy is now a millionaire 22 year old and there just seems something a little sick about that to me. But who knows?
I do not feel sorry for this waste of skin. I believe that he is guilty, and hopefully this time his money will not play a factor in the verdict. I hope he goes to prison (real prison), and gets raped every day by the olther inmates.
I would never hope anyone gets raped, even people like him. BUT, I do hope he goes to prison. Celebs, unless they request otherwise ,are usually put into "protective custody" (and Jackson is such a weenie I am SURE he will take it) they are in solitary all the time, usually in the hospital, and they have no contact with the other prisoners. I think if it looks bad, his defense will go for a mental hosptial instead of a prison. He may never get out, but it won't be prison. If things go badly, they will trot out the "he was abused as a child" defense. And then play on his weirdness to get him in a mental facility. Thing is, if you get a mental hospital instead of prison, you "term" is indefiniate. They don't know if, or when you will get better, so you don't get a number of years, it is up to the psychiatrist to decide, while you are in the mental facility. Most people who have this happen usually spend MORE time confined than they would have in prison. But with the charges, Mike may well have a LONG time in custody if he does go to prison.
I feel pretty sad for him, i mean, he looks like mess and im sure he is on the inside. Not sure wether or not he actually did it.
I do and I don't feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for him because IF he actually didn't do it, he is destroyed for life, as are all non-guilty people accused of molesting children. Even if you didn't molest a child, once a child says you did, it's hard to come back from that, period. I feel sorry for him because due to his celebrity status, people are paying a lot more attention to this than they would other people. Yes I know pedophiles draw a lot of attention, but MJ is getting more attention because of who he is...it's less about the trial and more about MJ. I feel sorry for him because if he is innocent, he's another example of celebrities being excellent targets for situations like these, because they're in the public eye and have money - that's a great combination for someone looking to scam another person. If he's guilty, I feel sorry for him for not getting the help he obviously needs... it must be hard to have issues and be a celebrity, everyone watching your every single move, all the time... But if he did it, I also DON'T feel sorry for him because if he did, he needs to be punished just like everyone else. Celebrity or otherwise, pedophiles shouldn't go free. So if he's guilty, send him in, period. The thing is though, where the hell were the parents in all of this? MJ being accused of molesting children isn't exactly a "new" idea... obviously, unless you're living under a rock, you're gonna know what he's been accused of. So if you have that information, and STILL allow your child to sleep over (or even spend time) at Neverland, particularly without you being there, do you have the full right to be outraged at the outcome? Aren't you just sort of handing over your child to be molested? It's like letting your kid go play with the cannibals down the road and then being pissed when someone eats them. Hmmm.
