Ok so many of you may remember my last thread about how I couldn't figure a way to get out of my relationship. Well I have. Yesterday I was in a horrible mood so I went with it and we started argueing, and it lead to me walking my ass all over downtown trying to get him to leave, saying the most horrible things possible, and finally I called my friend for assistance and he said to go to his work. Now my ex and he don't get along AT ALL so when I went into the bakery where he works, the ex stayed outside. He paced a while then went into the starbucks next door and my friend was like "ESCAPE OUT THE BACK DOOR!!" so I did and I escaped. But now, he keeps emailing like asking me to go back to him, which I won't but now I *need* to get my stuff because I have like no clothes other than one outfit and my work uniform, plus I want my PS2 cuz im in the middle of final fantasy 12!! I can't go alone and all my friends are working late, and I want this over with. Has anyone been in a similar situation and what did you do? I've been considering asking a police officer to escort me in to get my things, but I really don't want to take up their resources and I HATE Vancouver cops. :S im in a pickle.
uhhh this sounds like someone i talked to. my ex was cheating on me with her. we both jetted but she "needed" her stuff and then he somehow persuaded her to stay with him. i mean asking a cop to escort would probably make things a lot easier and cleaner.
just because you don't like vancouver cops does not mean ALL cops are the same get a escort cop to help you out before you get yourself into a worse dispute
Ok so it -is- possible to get an escort cop? I would just feel bad if like a crime happened near me whilst I was escorted...I dunno im just silly.
i hadnt read the other thresad but if this dudes stalkerish or obsessive or a control freak then yes u can just go to the station and explain that u doint dfeel safe going alone or cant u wait a few hours till a freind can go? prefferebly a few?
yes, whatever you do, don't go alone. This will just be an opportunity for him to try and badger you into getting together, or he could get violent. Do you have a key to his place? Do you know when he'll be gone? Try and go when he's not even there, and whisk your stuff out quickly and get the hell outta there!
Why can't girls end relationships peacefully? Why can't you talk to us and explain you want to move on or whatever. Why do you go on mad rampages and use silent treatment to get rid of us? What the fuck?
I'm not sure about the other girls, but I already tried this with this guy and he's just not getting it. Anyways thanks for all your help, I got a cop to come with me and get my things
