I've got a plan

I found a web site online that sells Salvia, 9grams about 20 bucks. If I bought say 60 - 100 dollars worth, and sold it locally to friends who wanted to try Salvia, and I got caught would I get in trouble? Almost all of my friends parents treat them like little children, and they are all to scared to have the stuff shipped to their house for fear of castration, my parents wouldn't care as long as I told them it was legal.

I am aware that it is a legal drug, but would there be any kind of trouble for me if I got caught selling it to friends to turn a profit?

At first I thought no. Because it seems like you shouldn't get in any more trouble from selling salvia than you should for selling a candy bar.

But to be honest, I don't know if you need a license to sell it or not. I mean, I know for a fact that a store needs a license to sell "tobaco pipes" and that kind of shit, but I don't know if salvia falls under that. I also don't know if you need to be 18 or 19 to buy it (like cigs), inwhich I guess if you sold to someone too young you might get in trouble.

So yea, to be honest, I'm just too stoned to make up my mind. You live in New Jersey? You can buy it down at Acrat (south Jersey), they sell salvia whole and as an extract.

i think youll be fine, just make sure you say youre selling it for "incense purposes".... as its illegal to sell for human consumption.

 

Well for one.. your 18. Two, its distribution. 3.. Im guessin youll be sellin to some minors? So yes.. you could get in a lot of trouble.

 

It's completely legal in New Jersey... I doubt you could get in any trouble unless one of the kids killed themselves while on it or something.

but i wanted to say, that if your getting 9 grams for $20, then your just getting leaf and not extract... am i correct?

leaf sucks! you will got no effects smoking it. buy the extract, man!
don't waste your money, especially since your thinking about spending $60-100.

get 10x. its extracted enough that you don't need to smoke much to break through, and it still runs for a pretty good price.

I bought a KILO of salvia a couple months back and had it shipped from a distrubuter from Mexico but nobody around me smokes it so I still have it frozen and its untouched, im selling it for $100.....Ive tried it a couple times but now im just an alcoholic and drink so yah.

I was just hoping to buy the Salvia leaves and sell that, no good? Why the extract, and if I did buy the extract how the hell does one even use that anyways?

 

same as leaves... just stronger. buy extract tho definitely, and check ebay because i always find sick salvia deals on there

Another question is the line "NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION" just so they can legally sell it? I saw an auction on ebay that claimed to be for incense purposes or something like that and said not for human consumption, whats the deal?

extract or leaves?

 

The extract. When you said extract I pictured a liquid, but I found it on eBay it still looks like leaves so I'm gonna start off with maybe an ounce of that. How much is necessary for someone to trip on it? I need to determine how much to sell 'per serving'

 

1/30 to 1/20 a gram of 10x will get you going good. a gram of extract will look like more material than a gram of weed, because the salvia is lighter.

 

also, an ounce of 10x will give like 600 trips.

 

yeah dont do the leaves i got those and smoked like the whole bag, all i got was a headache.

So this website is legit? You got exactly what you ordered? I guess that might sound like a stupid question since what they're selling is legal, but it just feels "illegal", ya know?

 

An oz of extract will cost ya a bundle
