removing the calluses was fun. my mom wanted me to use a scapel, but i'm i told her i'd probably would have cut my hand open with that...so just used a regular butter knife

I've been sitting under 2 feet of snow

walked to the grocery store

 

OH god, there SO much snow. come hell and high water though, my restaurant stil had a 30 min wait. it was crazy, my mom is ridiculous. she doesnt have snow tires or four wheel drive and I was thinking wed get stuck in the roads. I didnt do a thing today. There wasnt air outside, just snow.

i also tried to bond with my little cousins who are just too cool for me now

 

the actual calluss is still there...just that when its raised up, it gets pinched, and tears...so you lower it by taking the top layer of dead skin on...but its still tough underneath...and now is much more smoother

 

no snow here....i took my dog out earlier, when it wasn't raining...shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops...i get to the park and it starts pouring out...totally got soaked haha

 

Its like the snow planet here

snowed all day yesterday all day today till 6 pm

just kind of making the apartment into a fort with snacks and alcohol

yea, i'm so glad to not be in VT...which i hear got hammered once again with more snow...

 

I drove all over my town. The bank I usually get my check cashed at changed its policy so I can no longer go there. So I went to the bank my employer uses....didn't open until 9:00am. Every bank in this town opens earlier than that. So I stood in line and got snowed on (pissed me off) only to be told that I had to wait in another line so they could finger print me, and check two ID's. WTF? (All of this for $50). I sent Adam his gift after standing in line in the pit of hell...aka main post office haha. I then drove to school to find out what I missed...but the teacher was already gone....so I got on the forums. I drove home on gas fumes...and bitched that $15 barely filled to a 1/4 of tank. I went home picked up my parents and toured my dream home. I then went to both Home Depot and Lowes to return stuff. I went to Hobby Lobby...then to sears so my dad could get yet another tool box. Came home watched 30 days of night (I think that's what it was called) and passed out on the couch about an hour ago....now I need to beg my dad for gas money. :tongue:

 

ugh, that does not sound like a good day at all

 

omg waking, it would be so much more fun to be in peterborough with you in a house fort. Except it woud go from like a 20 min drive to..a forever and a day drive

Haha all I did was drive around. I've never seen so many snow birds on the road before either.

 

it was a bit much for me to even walk my dog...but it needed to be done...he's my buddy

 

Haha Delaunay usually takes her time outside, but not today. We were barely out in the yard before she did her business.

I guess I will be in Texas soon...don't know how I feel about that
