Last night me and my "whiskey" were thinking if IV'ing Morphine(or any other opiates) and DMT are a safer alternative to DMT(alone) usage to reduce anxiety or other physical or mental discomforts??? In my opinion, I think the morphine would lessen the edge on the drug. I searched the net and erowid for a DMT/Morphine(other opiates) experience and seem to find nothing. What do you think about this?

It's a big risk, but if you where to do that, i would recomend you start with a less powerfull opaite on a very low dose of DMT

no doubt. i had a friend who took half a morphine pill...high mg, but he had closed eye visuals. so i.ving morphine and then smoking (i'm assuming thats what you are going to do with it) dmt might not mix...you get real sick if you do to much morphine. but if you feel the need to do it, then fucking go for it mang!

Yea, common sense told me that low doses is definately a safer method of IV administration of both DMT and Morphine. Anyways, I think IV'ing the morphine about 30 - 60 seconds before IV'ing the DMT will ease the "INITIAL DMT BOOM RUSH and "might" make DMT a bit recreational, managable, and less frightening.

dmt.....managable? no my friend, dmt will send you to another universe. morphine wont stop that. its only frightening when you think that you are dying or dead....but even then its all in your mind...you always have to remember that shit!!!! ITS ALL IN THE MIND!

Managable = being able to handle experience. Managable =(not equal to) = Being blasted to another demension. No one, or I, mentioned that Morphine will stop one from experiencing the other world when administering DMT, but Morphine "MAY REDUCE ANXIETY" when one feels like they're "DYING OR DEAD" and can perhaps make the experience a bit more recreational, "managable", and less frightening. But, who knows, I bet you've combined them both and know the effects, eh??? Peace, love, empathy.

Xanax, valium, or any other benzo might make it managable as well.

dude your obviously not ready to smoke the shit if your afraid its going to be to intense. I would have a very hard time beliving you cann even get it. I really dont belive most of the people on these forums who say they have smoked it before with the exception of maybe one or two.

It depends on who you know and what you do. Either way its really fucking intense and you should be used to strong psychedelic experiences before trying it.

That's an awful combo. Psychedelics and opiates not work well together. I don't know why you'd want to IV it first either.

There is plenty of info online about opiates and psychedelics (but maybe not specifically DMT) being mixed.

Opiates aren't as effective as benzos at bringing people down, but they are still pretty good at it.

You could still do it, it would be a very recreational high. I would personally recommend kratom to mix with DMT. Kratom doesn't subtract from psychedelics like opiates do... it can even add to the trippy-ness, along with making it a more comfortable ride.

I just registered here to tell you guyz that DONT MIX OPIATE and DMT. I believe that the only way that you can die on DMT is mixing that with strong opate such as heroin or morphine. It is exactly like Alcohol ( you probably know how dangerous is if you mix alcohol and opiate). It become much more dangerous if you take opiate and then try DMT because the opaiates will decrease your heart rate and when you take DMT you heart rate suddenly increase and this is very dangerous because sometimes your heart can't handle it and will stop ( exactly happen when you take opiate and alcohol) . Please dont do this unless you want to kill yourself.

This combination is like paying hundreds of dollars to go skydiving and then knocking yourself out with anaesthetic just before you leap to "ease anxiety" . . . total waste, and dangerous.

I agree it's not the most common of substances, but really? That's just laughable to not believe people have smoked it...it's pretty easy to obtain dmt if you really want it...maybe you haven't?
