OK...so the last two days I didn't have anything to eat besides bananas, 2 rolls, chocolate and cookies. So I basicly lived on those things (I also used some vitamin and mineral supplements, like always), and when I went on the scale this morning, I realized that I dropped 2 kilos (about 4 pounds), how the fuck did I do that?! Does Green tee mixed with chocolate make your metabolism go heywire?! ( I LOVE green tee, a great tee indeed. ) I mean...I know that green tee allows you to burn more calories because it boosts your metabolism ....but THIS?! SOMEBODY explain!
Could be any number of reasons, but it sure wasn't a loss of 2 kilos of fat. Probably fecal matter or water. Perhaps you were having your period durring this time?
no,no...I didn't. But I drink about 3 liters of water a day, so that can't be it! ^^; What's fecal matter?

Most of those things are sugar based so your body adsorbes a lot of it and and a lot less will be comming out the other end. You will mostly be lossing weight from what you ate previously as you poop it out. All that other stuff is just starting to slowly add up. Do that for awhile and you will start to notice that you are gaining weight.
